It is a protected natural creation and a popular excursion spot. This is the name given to the rocky section of Divoká Orlica crossing below the settlement of Čihák across the low ridge of the Orlické Mountains.
Here, the river carved out a romantic valley in solid but cracked gneiss and thus penetrated into the interior of Bohemia. The bouldery narrow riverbed is lined for several hundred meters by distinctive gneiss rocks, which really give the impression of the gateway to Bohemia. This comparison is also helped by the stone bridge with one arch at the beginning of the valley, after which the road from České Petrovice to Bartošovice in Orl crosses the river. h. It was built by Czech and Italian stonemasons between 1901 and 2003. As part of the repair of the road II/311 Neratov - Zemská brána, it underwent a complete reconstruction in 2004 (see photos at the bottom of the page). The Zemská brána educational trail begins at the bridge. Its 3 km long route, which has a total of 22 stops, follows the blue tourist sign towards Klášterec nad Orlicí.
