It deals with assembly work - we assemble components for the OEZ company. Employees are people with various forms of handicap, disabled pensioners, disabled or disadvantaged people in general, who find it very difficult to find employment in the regular labor market. Their disadvantage does not allow them to perform the kind of performance that the employer requires, and it is also harder for them to integrate socially.
The sheltered Kopeček workshops are part of the non-profit organization Sdružení Neratov, in the border village of Bartošovice in the Orlické Mountains.</p >
They run protected craft workshops and at the same time a shop with handmade products.
They employ people with disabilities from the Neratov Association and the surrounding area.
Products of the workshops are awarded the No Barriers, Orlické hory - Original product and the Trademark Work of Disabled People certificates, which guarantee the origin, tradition and quality of the products.
Workshops, access and parking are barrier-free.
Excursions and courses in folk crafts are also offered here.
They regularly organize themed craft fairs, in which local artisans also participate.
The new barrier-free school is located in the village of Bartošovice in Orlické hory. It is intended for pupils with mental and combined disabilities and pupils with special educational needs. The goal is to connect teaching at school with nature, realized by frequent stays outside, outside the school desk. Part of the school's educational program is also environmental education, focused on waste sorting, energy saving and a positive relationship with nature and its protection. Trips and excursions (zoo, trips to nature, exhibitions, theaters, etc.), speech therapy, occupational therapy, canistherapy, hippotherapy are also included in the teaching.
Stationary Lávka operates at the Neratov Association from 2019.

The construction of the brewery is not a current fad, as it is a connection to an ancient pilgrimage tradition from the 17th century. At that time, up to 4,000 thousand pilgrims came to Neratovo on a spiritual pilgrimage every year. Such interest caused the old church to cease to accommodate the growing number of believers and a new church began to be built. The one you probably came here for - the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. At the time, Neratov was managing the Servitu order. And it was they who wanted to build a brewery with the new church. But they didn't get permission for it. When the fate of our village fell into the hands of the Neratov Association, z. s. and priest Suchár, the construction of a brewery began to be considered again. The first plans and projects were created in 2007, but it wasn't until 10 years later that what was so far only on paper materialized into reality.
The kitchen provides all-day meals for users of the Neratov sheltered housing, association employees, as well as interested parties from cottagers, residents of nearby settlements, tourists and vacationers from Chata Neratov.

It was created with the support of the Czech-Polish Hřebenovka-eastern part project on the land of the former wastewater treatment plant. The operation started in June 2021. The tourist information center in Neratov was missing for many years and its operation contributes to the satisfaction of visitors.
Neratovská pub is located under the church in a building by the road in newly reconstructed premises. It offers 40 seats and additional space on the adjacent terrace. It prepares a permanent and daily menu for its guests and also organizes family celebrations and events. The pub operates in a protected mode, people with disabilities have found work in the kitchen and in the service.
