Stationary Lávka operates at the Neratov Association from 2019.
The day care center is an outpatient social service that provides its services to people who have reduced self-sufficiency due to combined, mental, medical disability and whose situation requires the help of another natural person.
The aim of the hospital is to help disabled people live a free, independent and responsible life.
The mission of the provided service is quality professional help and support for people with combined disabilities and also people with autism spectrum disorders.
The service is intended for people from the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions who have reduced self-sufficiency, limited contact with society and need regular help and support from another natural person.
Cooperation with these people is based on an individual approach, they develop and strengthen personal, social, self-service and work abilities and skills.
Together, they integrate as much as possible into mainstream society so that they can live as normal a life as possible.
Helps and supports the development and maintenance of self-care, work and social skills based on specific needs, comparable to normal conditions of peers.
They integrate into a team with other people, live in the rhythm of the working day, where work alternates with leisure activities, strengthen and develop cooperation with caregivers, other institutions and related services.
The employees' principle is a partnership, individual, equal approach based on respect for each user and mutual trust.
They adjust the level of support according to the specific needs, abilities and wishes of the user, taking into account other users and services.
Employees empower users to gradually become independent, looking for a degree of support so that users can make decisions of their own free will as much as possible.
The capacity of the service is 10 people.
